I bought this part for my 2000 Toyota Sienna CE thinking it would be a good replacement for my drivers side mirror after installing I saw that motor movement was good going left right & down. But when I tried to move it up it would only go about half way. I called customer service & they exchanged it for another thinking it was a defective part after receiving & installing the new one the same thing happened again so instead I just got my refund.

Mirror built nicely but mirror doesn't go up high enough - its highest point is tilted too far down. It doesn't even get up to viewing to the horizon, so if you like looking at the road, this will work for you. However, if you are a very short driver, this may work, but don't expect it to work at all for a taller driver.

As described, looks great, fits and operates perfect. However you can tell once you install and operate vehicle this is a lower quality product than the original. It continually vibrates and shake just enough to be noticeable as compared to my original one and when compared to the passenger sideview mirror. (The housing itself doesn't vibrate, just the glass mirror). Overall a good product at a good price but not original.

This is a solid product that in appearance and fit is great. My only complaint is that the mirror vibrates at high speed or on a rough road. While the factory mirror on the passenger side is rock steady, the image in this mirror wobbles. Not enough to make it useless, just enough to be annoying to me. However at ~1/2-1/3 the cost of a factory mirror I can't complain. Once the door panel was off installation was easy. Three bolts and an electrical harness and we were in business.

I guess I thought there would be some sort of instructions included that would help the novice with installation, but there wasn't. You need to know what to do with the part when you get it. Once past that little hurdle, looks and works like the original.
