instead of buying a $170 master cylinder on a bmw 525i, if it is just leaking break fluid from the reservoir, just replace the brake reservoir grommet for $4 each, when replacing the olds ones, just becarefull when pulling them out, they will break and you need to get all the loosing rubber out, easy job no more than 15 minutes
