I had a green 240 station wagen 1980 or so, I bought the kn filter and it was more powerful than my 84 244. We were coming back from San Francisco and were following each other in the volvos. The stationwagen was easily going faster up those hills after the Golden gate bridge. It is very difficult to put any kind of airfilter in a volvo 240, the kn will be difficult too but eventually youll get it in.
