was a bit smaller than ordiginal, but fit into space provided quite well. Required some modification to the exhaust system, like using reducers to fit into the intake fiottings. I had to go from a 2" to a 2 1/2" by using 2 coupl;ers and brazing them together and then brazing to the cat.

easy to install with a couple of reducers, while having the car inspected, mechanic could not believe the price,
