This one piece bumper cover/valance is a very good option for replacing one or both of these parts. The great thing is that when properly finished out, it has a "factory" look, and makes the car look great. The worst drawback about it is the fact that the two side mounting bolts must be attached from under the car and behind the valance if this product is used, and that the alignment on the bolt holes is off just a bit, but can be made to work. Overall...an excellent value, just be patient with installation and finish.
