I purchased this product to replace the OEM driver side half shaft. Dealership wanted over $400 for the OEM part and somewhere around $200 for the installation labor. Spending $80 on this item plus another $50 on a few tools I needed to complete the job was the ticket. I took my time and found a few additonal things to fix along the way. I spent about 8 hours on the overall job which also included new rotors and brakes, repairing ball joint seals, cleaning up CV grease from inside the wheel and fenderwell, etc.
