AutoTrust Platinum™ products can be replaced as many times as necessary within the five year period of original purchase. Should the product be unavailable at the time a replacement is requested, AutoTrust™ will refund you the money you paid for the part less shipping and handling charges. AutoTrust™ products are for the benefit of the purchase and are not transferrable should you sell your vehicle to someone else. All returns are subject to verification. AutoTrust™ reserves the right to reject any reimbursement request on the basis of fraud.

The AutoTrust™ brand and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, manufacturers, content providers, team members, agents, Officers, and Directors will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, any form of bodily injury, property damage, or similar damages, even if the AutoTrust™ product or its provider has been advised of such damages. In no event will the collective liability of the AutoTrust™ brand and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, manufacturers, content providers, team members, agents, Officers, and Directors to any party (regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the cost of replacing the part sold.
