"Even though I was not getting a check engine light in my old Volvo 850 the car had started stalling at lights and even on the highway when slowing down a particularly dangerous situation. This part was a direct replacement for the OEM sensor and it worked fine to eliminate the problem. Installing it takes maybe 5 minutes."posted by: Robert on October 26, 2013

"Bought the MAF for a lean condition. Got a PO101 code for the first time. Replaced O2 sensors and installed old MAF and problem was gone. I foolishly threw away the invoice along with the packing material so now I stuck with a defective part."posted by: Sutt on November 25, 2013view all 11 reviews
"Have had the shop try 8xs to use this MAF each time it s enabled it faults out within 4 hours. Old one performed better w/ 100k miles on it. Had to buy one from a reputable parts supplier."posted by: celticman on May 7, 2014
"Was trying a number of parts to resolve my lean codes issue P0171 & P0174 on my 2001 BMW 530. Price seemed much more reasonable than OEM and site says 100% compatible so I bought this unit. Everything looked similar and identical to the OEM part except that it was made you know where. When I replaced my original factory MAF this one would cause the engine to appear to choke/hesitate right at crankover. The car would almost stall for about 4 seconds but then started running normally. I had no such issue with my old MAF so I re-installed the original back. After I fixed the non-MAF issue the SES light went away. I went back and re-installed this unit back and the same issue was still there. I guess I am stuck with this MAF and out my money."posted by: wyukky2000 on March 2, 2014
"Volvo parts are usually expensive and hard to find. I had no problem replacing the mass air flow sensor with the new one. Both looked exactly the same. Easily ordered off the web site."posted by: Ace on June 21, 2011
"Do not purchase. It is not the part you are seeking--it is entirely too small."

"Good quality looking part only issue was I was getting a CEL and the code for the MAF after install. Still would drive ok but would diesel (rpm up & dwn) at idle. Used some MAF cleaner on it and it has been working perfect for the last 500 miles."posted by: Chief on March 19, 2014view all 3 reviews
