"Dealer wanted $150.00 plus tax for same part. Was able to install this part myself in some 5 minutes. When and if may need another part am coming to you."posted by: David on January 31, 2015
"Perfect fit. Easy install. Not a cheap part...the plastic nipples that attach to the hoses on the upper part of the assembly have metal inserts to keep them from breaking off or cracking in the engine compartment s high temperature atmosphere. The screw-on lid fit securely and operated better than the old one did.Best price I found online and a GREAT product BETTER than my originally installed reservoir."posted by: on September 17, 2014view all 10 reviews
"Overall pleased with the product - and my original issue of correcting a slow leak due to a crack in the reservoir was fixed with this exact replacement. Since the original reservoir lasted 60K miles I assume this replacement will be the same."posted by: Pleased with product on August 27, 2014
"This tank looks and functions identically to the OEM tank that was leaking through a crack in the plastic. The replacement tank has the same weak spot, so I expect it to fail again after another 50k miles. The tank went in easily, although the bottom hose was difficult to access, so I replaced the OE spring clamp with a standard issue spring clamp. Spring clamps are actually better, because they allow for thermal expansion, vs. the fixed screw clamp. However, access to the spring clamp is restricted by the tank mounting bracket, hence the alteration. The electrical connector for the float switch is also difficult to access. This exact OEM replaced has all the same features and flaws as the original."posted by: joeskat on November 30, 2011view all 3 reviews

The engine of a car is a beast. It is responsible for a lot of cool things that a car can do, most especially producing and getting speed. Like a beast, it has to rest though, but it certainly cannot do that when it's running on the highway when in use. That's where the coolant reservoir comes in. A coolant reservoir is responsible for carrying excess coolant liquid, which is used to keep engine heat in check. Its importance lies in the fact that this is one of the components of an engine that keeps it from being blown-out. Replacement offers coolant reservoirs that are quality OEM part replacements for a car. Made of high-quality and durable plastic, these reservoirs are easy to install and use. Each of these comes with a Replacement 1-year unlimited mileage warranty.
AutoTrust Silver Coolant Reservoir
Notice how a person or an animal douses or submerges themselves in water whenever they feel hot? That's a way for them to keep cool or alleviate their body heat. The same goes for the engine, which needs to keep itself cool to prevent blow-outs and stalling. But what keeps the engine cool? That's the coolant reservoir, which is a part of the engine that is partly responsible for keeping it cool. They serve as containers for excess coolant fluid, which is responsible for maintaining the engine's temperature. AutoTrust Silver is a particularly good choice for these OEM parts. AutoTrust Silver produces coolant reservoirs that have high endurance and are made of high-quality plastic. All of its coolant reservoirs come with an AutoTrust Silver warranty.
OES Genuine Coolant Reservoir
Nobody likes leaky coolant. Usually, the cause of an engine blow or overheat is leaky coolant. The coolant reservoir of a car is a receptacle of 'excess' fluid; that is, it is where the excess coolant from the cooling system goes. Take this part away or have it leak out, and the result could be that the engine overheats more frequently, which can lead to it becoming damaged and unusable. The obvious solution is to replace a coolant reservoir with a new one, and OES Genuine is one of the choices for quality replacements for coolant reservoir. Its reservoirs are made of high-quality, high-tolerance plastics that are guaranteed to be durable and to last a long time. Its coolant reservoirs are backed by an extended limited warranty.
