it was all installed by pros. they commented on its quality and t was very pleased. the performance so far has been great smooth feel. again the only down side was i needed it expedited quicker and was willing to pay the extra, but this item could not be handled this way. this should be looked into. its not a deal breaker for future buys but could have.
