This is the new style expancion tank that BMW has switched to. It has a different plug than the original tank and requires a new plug and wires from BMW which must be spliced into the old plug wires. The plug and wires sell for about $15 at the BMW dealer. It would be nice if those parts were included with this tank. Otherwise a fine product.
