Installed in less than 30 mintues,a couple of hints,first to remove the grill fasteners stick a small screw driver between the end of the plastic screw and the insert and pry lightly and the plastic screw will come right out,next line up the deflector with the center of the hood and secure the outer edges of the shield with the screws provided,just snug them enough so they will hold the shield in place while installing the grill or it will move.after the grill is back in the hole for the fasteners will be off a little,use a screw driver to lightly pry down the grill to line up the hole next to it,it will be off but push the fastener in with your thumb,thenplace the screws into the fastner and with the screw driver in the head of the plastic screw tap the handle of the screw driver and the screw will pop right in.

Removing the grill made installation a little bit of a challange. Instructions are a little lacking but not impossible. You will need a little mechanical ability to do this. However that very fact made it fit and look better than I had hoped it would. Even if you have to get someone else to install it for you it will be worth it.
