the hardest part was removing the old catalytic converter. The bolts were on pretty tight . I had to use my air impact tool to loosen them. The new converter was easily installed with some new oversized bolts.

Installs easy, replaces factory. I found that 7/16th bolts are the best fit to re-mount the after market catalytic converter. Much mor economical than going to a dealer.

I shopped several places and found this site the cheapest for cat conv. for my 99 Honda Accord EX 4-cyl (was looking for the part that does not require welding or modifications). Got the tracking number in a day and received the part in a week as estimated. The part fit perfectly on my car and my mechanic was able to use the nut/bolts of my older cat converter. Mechanic charged me only $50 for installing it as I negotiated the price by saying that it does not require welding and very easy to replace.
