Perfect fit. Suprisingly easy install giving how much dealers want to charge! Only negative is, they don't state that you need to order the inlet (engine side) gasket. Exhaust side gasket is included.....

This was easily installed and has done fine for a week. The cost was well below the quote of an infinity dealer (more than $600 below). The part arrived two days after I ordered it!

The part bolted in perfectly. The original part had a protective cover which could not be mounted on the replacement part.
