I would like to write a review however I have yet not installed it. I did see that I will probably have to make brackets to mount it with. The radiator is 3 cored and the cores are staggered similar to a heater core. That will prevent me from using the plastic pull strip fastener.

I installed this fan on my 1987 f-150 4.9. it was easy and had it done in a hour. I reccomed getting a thermostat rather than having a direct switch. The hayden thermostat Part # (HY3653) is what i got and used well worth it. I was getting like 16 mpg highway now im getting close to 18 mpg. It also helps city mpg greatly.

good quality fan like the push or pull option would like to see stronger nuts for the mounting hardware if you screw the nuts on the full length of the nylon rods works well but if you pull the rods through the nuts it damages the nut worked well on my 2006 duramax.
