The replacement mirror looks really good and matches perfectly. The only issue Ive noticed is that it tends to shake a bit more than an OEM. Not to the point that it affects use but more of a distraction if you look at the mirror for more than two seconds. Overall worth the price.

Used a Chilton's manual to see the process (instructions should be included in package for further customer satisfaction). Old mirror off = easy. Wiring harness was tough to extricate from car to unhook, tough to get new mirror to connect (due to small opening and positioning). Once wiring was done, three screws and a cover plate and it was on. Very happy with the mirror - looks very nice, functions well. I would recommend this as a replacement over a dealership or auto-body purchase without hesitation. Auto shops were quoting $150-ish for replacement, I got this for $40 including shipping. By the way - nice touch on using a soft cover for the mirror in the shipping box - very well preotected.
