The mirror came with a hardness plug however my old mirror was hard wired and all the wires were of a different color. I had a hard time to fidn the corect combination since there were no instructions witht include.

great mirror, easy install. only challenge was the plug went into the wiring on the armrest. no directions to tell you that. be sure to use a string on old to help pull wires on the new. great customer service

Excellent quality product. Fast delivery. Easy install on 2001 Chevy Tahoe LT (Note, if only replacing one side mirror and your mirror's inserts match body color, then get the other one as well, as they only come in black, to match. Otherwise, you can get a can of matching body color spray paint from your dealer, and spray paint the insert; but you'll have to mask off the rest of the mirror). Dealer wants over $250 to replace passenger mirror with what looks like the exact same mirror. Install took all of 15 minutes; only need socket wrench. Note: the interior plastic cover plate over where mirror attaches to the door is just clipped on - pry off from the front angled edge, gently but firmly. Remove foam insert, undo the three nuts and the power connector, and voila! Great product!

Looked for this product at many other auto parts "sites" but was disappointed. Your site was easy to use, I found the product quickly and when I questioned customer service to verify it was the proper part my email was answered promptly and correctly. The replacement was an exact match to the original. I had bought a "replacement" in an auto parts store and it was a different size and a different finish. The dealer wanted $235 for the mirror. I had this one delivered for $90.

I was somewhat skeptical about ordering online at first, but this turned out to be a great purchase. My local GM dealer wanted over $300. to replace this unit, but I did it myself in under 20 minutes using common hand tools. A great buy!!!!
