Thinner plastic and bottom piece wants to turn. Installation is not that hard, but door pannel must be removed to install.

Great product for the price. Easy to install (as long as you know how to take off an interior door panel). All in all, took about about 30 minutes, but if you've never taken off your door panel, go slow and take longer. I had to use the factory weather seal (instead of the one included) to get the mirror mount to go flush against the door.
