I have to say I had my doubts when I bought this item online, but after installation, I can honestly say I can't tell a difference between the one that was replaced and the one that I bought from you. Makes a world of difference. I had no idea how dependent I am on all of my mirrors until the passenger side was not usable. Thank you for providing such a site for those of us who are clueless when it comes to auto parts.
