This was my first time doing a repair to my car myself. I watched a video on Youtube on how to do it ordered the part and installation was a cinch. Probably would have went quicker if I had the correc socket wrench but it matched my driver side mirror perfectly and I am very pleased.

excellent service and delivery. Installation was a breeze. to Snake the plug thru the outer door to inside , I tied dental floss thru the connector , and other end to a pen. Just take your time, I did this one by myself. Have all your tools either on roof or front passenger seat. Less than 20 minutes with two beers cracked for good luck and patience :)

Compatible with original equipment, plug & play. It would be nice if instructions were supplied to help remove original mirror. One problem - despite being careful when hand tightening front screw, the cheap plastic screw receptor cracked, meaning I had to mound with one screw missing. Still, a cost-effective alternative to dealer parts.

i am not handy and if I had the correct wrench I could have done it myself, even still my gas station guy installed it in 3 min for $40! very happy with this purchase and will definitely use again.

This transaction was perfect. Exact match, easy installation, delivered in a reasonable amount of time (about 6 calendar days). A note: make sure you keep your main bolt and other screws from the old mirror. This new mirror does not come with any hardware. The dealership would have charged me $70 for the part and probably another $45 for installation. This was a great deal and I've never install a mirror in my life.

I was hesitant to order this mirror because it was way less expensive than the Ford-brand equivalent. I figured for that much less, it had to be an inferior product, but wow was I ever wrong. It matches the factory one exactly, the pre-wired connection worked great, and the mirror fit perfectly.

Shipped faster than I expected, just like the original. I would have liked a note about movinf some of the foam stuffing from holes in the original but it is not a problem to remove/reinsall when I saw what I missed. BE CAREFUL on FOCUS: Mounting bolt is easy to drop, then you have to pull the door inner panel to retrieve it. I suggest magnetic insert in socket.
