Mirror came within 4 business days. Fit perfectly and works 100%, didn't even have to remove the entire door panel. Wiring was actually longer than orginal, which helped a lot.

The mirror was shipped directly in the product box (Not inside of a shipping box) which took a beating during shipping. Fortunatly the mirror arrived undamaged, and wrapped in a nice protective pouch. The mirror was an exact match to what was mounted on my 2000 mustang. Installation was a breeze. Just make sure you keep the original mounting nuts for the mirror. Price was good, shipping was ok. would buy again.
