I had been warned that the ordered product might not fit and I would have to send it back and get another. But everything fit perfectly. (Make sure you provide an accurate VIN # when you order). The removal of the old mirror took 20 minutes (be careful when removing the door panel and fittings). The installation of the new mirror took 30 minutes. All small parts were complete and the mirror worked perfectly the first time. I am very happy with the new mirror and saved more than $300 over Dealer estimated replacement cost!

This is better than the OEM that I replaced. This mirror extends a bit futher out than the one I replaced and it folds back easier. The look is spot on and it plugged right in.

Loaned my truck to a friend who took out the passenger side mirror. Figured 'fancy' mirror, go to dealer for replacement. Bad choice. "Genuine" OEM part was not a match -- arms wrong, angle wrong, didn't telescope out as far (could not see last 6' of my RV behind the truck), and electrically moved in only 3 directions and not all 4. When I returned it to the dealer parts counter, got a line about this was the only mirror the mfr made for this truck and "the part number changed so that means there was something wrong with it". Would have laughed if I hadn't been ready to strangle the guy over the time wasted. Ordered this mirror on Thursday, arrived UPS Monday afternoon. Mechanically a perfect fit, matches the stock mirror, telescopes out just as far, angle is correct, and electric adjustments work in all directions. Only missing thing is the stock mirror had index marks on the lower arm to match partial extension on each side, this one does not.
