So the mirror for the Focus ZX3 has two bolts holding the mirror in place. I was unable to find a very useful tutorial for my particular model, but since it was easy enough I was ok. The mirror fit perfectly and once you get access to the main bolt (the access was under the foam glued to the metal door frame fyi) it was a matter of a few minutes I had the job finished. Now that I know how to do this, it should only take about 10 minutes.
