The mirror arived in about 5 business days. It was packaged very well with the mirror wrapped in a soft cloth bag. It is an electric mirror and no instructions were included. I'm sure I will be able to figure it out but right now it is sitting on the passenger seat until I get to it. It is a great looking mirror.
