the mirror fits exactly, but it's so difficult to install, because you need to remove the door cover.

I had a bus take out my passenger mirror so I had to use this product to replace it. The installation took 15 minutes, and I've absolutely no problems with it. In fact, because the motor is new, it actually works better and faster than the mirror it is replacing.
