This mirror looks great on my car. The only issue we had was trying to install it with the foam padding that came with it. It was a little too thick and was causing the mirror to stick out slighlty from the frame at the top of the door which would have been just enough to allow rain/snow to seep in. We remedied this by removing the new foam and replacing it with the foam from the original mirror that we were replacing. Once that was done and the mirror installed it fit like a glove!

The mirror shell seems to be molded a little thinner than the OEM, but it's already taken a couple of good, solid whacks with no structural damage. Connector and stud placement were perfect--bolted right in--although one stud had to be trimmed a little to clear the original rubber body plug. Motors work perfectly. I assume the heater does as well, but it never gets that cold around here, so I really can't tell.
