The product is great, fits perfectly, but the customer service was amazing. The wrong product arrived (most likely my fault) and they sent the correct product immediately and helped me exchange the other one with ease. Smooth no hassle exchange was my favorite part, you don't get that too much most places.

The mirror looked like the original equipment. It was easy to replace, the fit was superb and was what I had hoped for. I'm fairly mechanical so figuring out the installation was not a problem, however someone who was not so inclined, might have a bit of a struggle. It helped I have the right tools. It would be nice to have a simple installation diagram or instructions with tools needed. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes.
