Aftermarket coils are designed on the original vehicle specs which means they are designed on the original FLAWED coil pack design. Wouldnot work in my 2000 Nissan Maxima. Nissan came out with a redesigned coil that replaces the OEM part. By the way the countermeasure coil packs from Nissan will have a round sticker on them indicating they are the countermeasure version.

I've been riding my 2000 Max for a while with a misfire - all shops were quoting prices that i didn't want to pay - the owner manual says that spark plug changes are a do it yourself job so.... Ordered the above pack which is ment for shops as there are 6 front side or radiator side coil packs. They were easy to install and even made the connection cap click, meaning completely connected. As for the price, I got three extra for the price of buying 3 individual packs from the stores or mechanics. Now I need to purchase a 3 set for the rear or firewall side coil packs.
