Overall quality was average I was able to make the product work but; There is a small plactic hose inside the manifold with a 90 degree angle comming from the MAP sensor. The hose did not snap in the clip correctly due to the 90 angle section was not actual 90 degrees. The processing and shipping was unsatifactory; after 12 business days it was at my front door. I also found the same product on other websites for less money.(my order was 15% off also) My future orders will be with other auto parts stores.

Coolant leak fixed! by PARROTGUY, March 12, 2013

I was going to replace just the gasket but read on the internet that it was likely that the plastic intake manifold (plenum) was warped from heat and needed to be replaced also or I might still have a coolant leak after just replacing the gasket. I was surprised how little extra it cost to get the entire manifold and the gasket instead of just the gasket. Its quite a bit of work to remove the original manifold to get at the gasket so it doesnt make much sense to not get the entire thing replaced when it cost so little extra.--could have been a lot more work if I had to do it twice! The PVC valve cover was different on the replacement part so I ended up taking off the old PVC valve cover from the used intake manifold and putting it on the new one. The new PVC valve cover had a breather and the old one was solid--I had no existing hose on the car to connect it to!! It was a really easy fix but I was surprised I had to do this when everything else in the kit looked to be exactly the same as the original part.
