The tail light looked good out of the box. Mounting was like the OEM light. However, after installing the light I noticed that the forward edge, point of the light rose above the fender. It would not set flush or below like the original no matter how much I played with it. If you feel the surface of the plastic you can feel a bubble like defect warping it out near the point. My only concern it that it may get caught on something. However, I decided to keep it because of time and it is only slightly noticeable visually if you look for it.
