First of all, I installed the regulator motor assembly, and it did not work. Pulled it and found a damaged connector. Repaired it, reinstalled it, and the motor worked backwards. Down was up, and up was down. Pulled it again and rewired it so the polarity was correct. It now worked correctly, but unfortunately, the motor was not compatible with the Auto-down system. Yes, the Auto-down worked with the bad assembly. I replaced it because the motor gear and regulator teeth were very worn. Very unhappy with this product, although I MADE it work. The quality control of the part manufacturer/remanufacturer is terrible!

I placed a order xmas week, 2 things from 2 different warehouses in 2 different states, all coming to Florida. Both arrived in 3 days, in time to wrap for xmas. The regulators w/motors attached, were ready to install. Work great except drivers side wired backwards, down is up, up is down. Passengers side works perfect. Acura grill surround was easy to install, put finishing touch back to the front of wifes car. Best price on the net, would & will use again for my parts.

I bought this to replace the broken regulator. Instillation and fit are fine but the controls are reversed. You pull up on the control and the window goes down, you press down and the window goes up. It's the reverse of the original regulator. I'm gonna contact the company and try another one to see if it's a lemon, or a design flaw.I will add on to this when I try the new one.

Easy install and great replacement. Just mark bolt locations on old part for correct positioning of new part. One could take digital pictures as you uninstall for review for new install.

ease of product was 100 fit with no problems and glided the window up and down without faults. However i think since it's a remanufactured motor, the connector switch was a 2 piece plug, which wasen't made very well and had loose plugs which came off during installation. I had to zip tie the plug from coming loose. And the window controlling switch for the Up and Down motion, was reversed. instead of auto down, it was auto up. But this wasen't a problem, and it can be fixed easily if you know your wiring. I give it overall 4 stars, only because it was a small hassle to rewire the controlling wires, and zip tie the cheap plugs from coming off. Other than that, this product would have given 5 stars.
