Okay replacement with one little problem: the switch for the left rear windows may get stuck on its way up. If it does it never comes back to the neutral position unless pushed back down by hand.

This is a direct replacement for the original switches. The switches for the rear windows stick though.

This replacement is not the same as the OEM control switch The design flaw with all four of the rocker switches is the lip below where the finger is placed. This part's lip points almost straight down awhile the OEM one has an angle on it. This results in the switches snagging against the cover and one would have to push the switch back down. The red backlight is also not very bright.

This product work great,and looks identical to the original part. also it only has a couple of screws,so thats fairly easy. Removing the older broken part may take 5-10 min, but replacing it with the new is very quick and simply. I recomend this produt it works great , and looks like the original. :)
