This pump is a perfect match to the OEM fuel pump that I replaced, except for the gray, square electrical connector. Installation in the fuel tank was easy, although I did have to press it down into the tank due to the spring tension. My only complaint is that the product picture clearly shows the pump assembly with the OEM square connector and doesn't indicate that the new flat-style connector has to be installed. While the installation of the new connector harness isn't difficult, I bought this pump specifically to avoid having to do additional work.

Fuel pump appeared to be of good quality for the price. It installed with no problems and fit as perfect as the factory pump that was removed. The fuel pump has worked perfectly and came with all the necessary parts for the installation. I would recommended this fuel pump to any comsumer looking for a quality product at a fair price.

The parts work great but there are some good to knows, for this assemly. I bought this for a 2001 Buick Century. The instructions told me to drop the tank. This is a un-necesary task. Once I had almost competed dropping the tank I noticed a removable plate just above the fuel pump. It is accesable by folding down the rear seats and pealing back the carpet at the center seam or you may just cut a pocket flap around the plate. Remove the nut caps and pry the plate off. The next good to know is; due to a different plug design you will have to reinstall the compression collar counter clockwise about 1/4 turn or you will not be able to install the modified plug.
