To fit this item on your 1992 Honda Accord wagon (which shouldn't be any different from the sedan body type), the entire taped edge is applied to the *outside* of the door. Directions state that the forward front lips on all vent visors have to be inserted into the tracking where the window slides in. There are no screws (or bolts) required, but the directions show pictures of this for necessary installation materials. Common sense had to dictate this confusing discrepancy. Other than that, I am very pleased with the product! Oh, thoroughly test fit them before taking off the backing tape and putting it on. I should have been more careful- my driver window vent visor is off by 1/4 inch or so to the rear. -I was excited. Hope this helps.
