Terms & Conditions For Sales of Products and Parts

  1. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
  2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
  3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
  4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact Email address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use Email to cancel such an order.

We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need ariseg.

Warranty Coverage

For products not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a limited warranty of 90 days for defective products from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or installer, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The warranty only covers a parts replacement of a defective part unless a part cannot be obtained in its place. For such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. A refund or an exchange of a defective part will be processed only if it meets the following terms and conditions:

  • All products subject to a warranty claim must contain a defect in workmanship or material. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of products; products damaged due to environmental conditions including rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters; products damaged due to accident or collision; or product damage caused by other faulty parts.
  • All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty is subject to the General Warranty Limitations below.

AutoTrust Products

Products designated as AutoTrust PlatinumTM, AutoTrust GoldTM, and AutoTrust SilverTM offer warranty coverage beyond defects in workmanship or material as follows:

AutoTrust PlatinumTM

AutoTrust PlatinumTM is specific to engine parts.

  • The guarantee states that any AutoTrust PlatinumTM item will not break over the next 5 (five) years.
  • In the event that the item DOES break (or becomes damaged), the customer can request a free replacement.
  • The only out-of-pockets costs to the customer will be shipping and handling on the replacement.
  • There is no limit on the number of times the customer can request a replacement in the 5 (five) year period.

AutoTrust GoldTM

AutoTrust GoldTM is specific to body parts.

  • The guarantee states that any AutoTrust GoldTM item will not break (or becomes damaged) within 5 (five) years from the date of purchase
  • In the event that the item DOES break (or becomes damaged), the customer can request a free replacement.
  • The only out-of-pockets costs to the customer will be shipping and handling on the replacement.
  • The customer will only receive 1 (one) free replacement within 5 (five) years from the date of purchase.

AutoTrust SilverTM

AutoTrust SilverTM is specific to maintenance.

  • The guarantee states that any AutoTrust SilverTM item will not break or become worn within 3 (three) years from the date of purchase
  • In the event that the item DOES break (or becomes worn), the customer can request a free replacement.
  • The only out-of-pockets costs to the customer will be shipping and handling on the replacement.
  • The customer will only receive 1 (one) free replacement within 3 (three) years from the date of purchase.

AutoTrust products offer limited warranty coverage if the part breaks or is damaged due to wear and tear, collision, manufacturer defects or material defects, or user error, either during installation or product use. The product warranty is nontransferable. The AutoTrust warranty may not be transferred over to subsequent owners of the car in which the product is installed, nor will it cover the installation or use of a replacement part on a subsequent vehicle.

Shipping and handling on the replacement item and any incurred labor, towing or rental car costs will not be covered by this warranty. In the event that we do not have stock to replace your product, we will give you a refund for the amount of the product less shipping and handling.

The terms of the AutoTrust warranty will not apply to a replacement product. When a product is exchanged, any replacement product becomes your property and the replaced item becomes our property. Parts provided by us in fulfillment of our warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to us and becomes our property.

AutoTrust Products are subject to the General Warranty Limitations below.

APW Protection PlanTM

The APW Protection Plan is a service contract certificate purchased separately in addition to the product. The APW Protection Plan may be purchased for a duration of one year, three years, or five years, or on a lifetime basis (subject to the terms below), with the effective start date of each APW Protection Plan commencing 30 days from the date of purchase. The APW Protection Plan service contract period runs concurrent with any existing manufacturer’s warranty on the product. In the time where your product is covered both by the manufacturer’s warranty and the service contract, you may deal directly with the manufacturer or our APW Protection Plan Team.

This service contract is a limited warranty which covers damage due to wear and tear, damage due to collision, manufacturer defects or material defects, and damage due to user error, either during installation or product use. The APW Protection Plan is not transferrable. The service contract may not be transferred over to subsequent owners of the car in which the product is installed, nor will it cover the installation or use of a replacement part on a subsequent vehicle.

We will replace your product up to one time during the duration of your service contract period for the exact same product or a similar product at the same price. Shipping and handling on the replacement item and any incurred labor, towing or rental car costs will not be covered by this service contract. In the event that we do not have stock to replace your product, we will give you a refund for the amount of both the product and the service contract less shipping and handling.

Any replacement product assumes a product warranty of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, subject to the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty Policy. The terms of the APW Protection Plan will not apply to a replacement product. When a product is exchanged, any replacement product becomes your property and the replaced item becomes our property. Parts provided by us in fulfillment of our warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to us and becomes our property.

If something goes wrong with your product, contact our APW Protection Plan Team at 1-866-892-8079 to have a replacement shipped to you. The APW Protection Plan Team desk is open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm PST. Please have your order number ready to ensure timely processing of your service contract. In order to be eligible for service under the APW Protection Plan you MUST return the product along with your original order number so we can validate whether you are covered under the APW Protection Plan.

Products with a warranty under an APW Protection Plan are subject to the General Warranty Limitations below.

General Warranty Limitations (Applies to all Product Warranties)

For each of our product warranties offered above, the following provisions apply:

  • The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
  • EACH WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, AIR FREIGHT CHARGES, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. In addition, all returned items must have the RA (Return Authorization) number written outside the shipping box prior to return. Returned items without an original sales invoice or without the RA numbers will NOT be accepted. Please refer to our Return Policy for more detail.
  • The warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.

Each warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure and our total liability for any part we warrant. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITION OF ANY KIND OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Therefore all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above information may not apply to you. Each warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. We do not authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions or exclusions of any warranty. If any provision of a warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent allowed under local law, the remedies provided in the Warranty Coverage Policy are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges (original & return) are non-refundable for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages.

Free Ground Shipping*
*Offer is valid only on qualified items. Check the item’s product detail page for eligibility and available shipping options. However, ground shipping is free for most orders over $50.00 (excluding taxes and surcharges). This offer EXCLUDES tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages. Larger items may also be subject to the Truck Freight surcharge described below. In addition, while we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, an added shipping charge will also apply to these locations.

Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order unless otherwise specified. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing bumpers, doors, hoods, or other large parts may still qualify for free shipping, however, these items require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information below) where delivery times range may be longer. In addition, while we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, delivery times will be longer. Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders which do not meet anticipated delivery dates.

Truck Freight
Truck freight applies to orders consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their shape, weight or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via Truck Freight. Orders usually are processed for shipment within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Delivery may take up to 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), within the continental United States. Truck Freight to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional delivery time and require additional charges. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via Email with a revised shipping quote.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium sized packages for additional charges. The specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after you enter a shipping address. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Overnight and 2-Day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.

Performance and Accessory Part Orders
All performance and accessory parts are shipped via Ground service only. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing brush guards, running boards and other large items may require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information above) where delivery times may be longer. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, shipping charges will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer. Overnight and 2-Day shipping are not available for performance and accessory part orders.

Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date of shipment for any possibility of claim.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving and order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be canceled after receiving an electronic order acceptance.

In addition, all orders placed between Friday after 5PM EST to Monday 9AM EST cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment.

Returns

We will only accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, include all items and components that were included in the original package and cannot be disassembled, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and refer to our Return Procedure

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if you receive missing, damaged or incorrect parts to prevent you from being charged freight on both receipt and return. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE: Service Manuals (unless they are sealed and in their original condition), CD-ROMS, Special-order products, and Custom-made products cannot be returned for any reason. Batteries with acid, painted parts, modified parts, and electrical parts are not returnable if they have been plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

Return Procedure
In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, complete an online RMA form or call the Returns Desk.

  1. File online - Provide your order number, name, email address, phone number and the part number you wish to return, along with an explanation as to why the part is being returned. If you do not have your order number (or P.O#), please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.

  2. Call us - Call the Returns Desk at 1-801-214-2997.

  3. Use the Pre-Paid Shipping Label - For certain of our transactions, we may have included a return shipping label as part of your invoice. If there is a shipping label included on the back of your invoice you can peel it off and use it to return your product. Please take a moment to fill out the reason for your return and place it in the box you are returning to us.

All returns must be packaged securely. Please make sure to check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. We cannot be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging.

RMA Number(s) together with the return shipping instructions will be sent through email immediately after receipt of the fully completed form. An RMA number is required to track and process your return.

Freight Charge
Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.

Refund Processing
Refunds normally process and credit within 2-3 business days of the warehouse receiving your part. Once the return has been processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" email the day you are credited. If the purchase was made through a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit back onto your account.

Core Returns
Some products have a core charge associated with them. A core is some portion of a part that can be recycled by its manufacturer. Doing this saves the manufacturer money and helps our environment. For this reason a product with a core has an additional charge associated with it. If the old part is returned in reusable condition (either to one of our stores or shipped back to our online store), simply mail the core back to us along with your original receipt within sixty (60) days of the delivery date and your core refund will be issued! Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased and cannot be damaged. Fluids must be drained. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the core back to us.
